Deep within the soul of every Trident is A Prominent Gentleman:
Always, he stands tall and proud and exhibits confidence without arrogance. He is chivalrous in his actions, with his talents, resources and wisdom. He is generous in service to those who seek guidance. He is honest, polite, ambitious, thankful, kind, well rounded and skillful. He is suave. Resultantly, his character is recognized near and far.

Get to Know Us
In the spring of 2015, Tonya Rankins was called to lead as a military spouse in a new area , at that time, there was not adequate inclusion for military spouses. She sought out like minded military spouses to share ideals and concepts of fellowship and support one to another. In the interim, she began to connect with female and male military spouses. After being featured in an issue of Military.com, several more military families began to reach out, sharing how military spouses were excluded from joining Military Greek Letter Organizations. In January 2017, "Visionary" Tonya Rankins, laid the foundation for Alpha Lambda Psi Military Fraternity Incorporated.
VISION STATEMENT:
Our vision is to greatly impact the Veteran and local community with our commitment to service, perseverance, integrity and compassion. WE the Prominent Gentlemen of Alpha Lambda Psi, it is our desire to strive for and support the best interests of the communities WE are privileged to serve and solidify a foundation to build upon.
MISSION STATEMENT:
Alpha Lambda PSI is a Greek Letter Military Fraternity, founded to unite men of the Armed Forces, Retirees, Veterans, male spouses of Armed Service Members, Merchant Marines and DoD Support Personnel. Our purpose is to establish a global presence, promoting the highest standards of professionalism, provide educational assistance through the Alpha Way Scholarship Program and aid in skill building and transitional training, within the local and Veteran community. It is our ethical commitment to promote a better quality of life and eradicate poverty and veteran homelessness. WE value transparency and integrity in our communication, relationships and our actions within the communities WE are privileged to serve. At Alpha Lambda Psi, WE are driven to expand the boundaries of what is possible through innovation, best practices and Our CORE VALUES: Brotherhood, Unanimity (agreement by all people involved; consensus), Leadership, Accountability and Service to ALL.
